    This years’ Christmas Handicaps will be held on Sunday December 17th. This is a 4 mile handicapped race along Halifax Road to Shelf Roundabout & back.   • West Yorkshire 5 is a GREAT SUCCESS!

    After a 5 year absence, the West Yorkshire 5 mile road race was brought back to life again and was heralded a great success. Promoted jointly by Bradford Airedale AC and West Yorkshire Fire Service, the event saw over 100 competitors tackle the undulating circular course which started and finished at Fire Service HQ, Birkenshaw.

    ‘Old Man Wolstenholme’ finished his 2012 track season with another gold medal win.
