We welcome all athletes to the Princess Mary Stadium and the final event of this season, the Ivan Stringer Memorial Medals Meeting. Ivan was a former Membership Secretary and Coach for many years and he would be proud of the terrific turn out that we have had previously for this meeting. This event, at the end of the season, is at a time that Ivan would encourage his athletes to use to set their best personal performance ever, something that they have trained all season for. So a day for quick times, great heights, long throws and jumps. But it is ultimately the participation that really counts.
